Overview
Professionals who work as program leads in coaching functions are tasked with ensuring the details and coordination of coaching engagements are executed in support of the broader talent development strategies in an organization. This can include oversight of all the components of organizing coaching initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, managing budget and resource allocation, and matching coaches with coachees, creating and maintaining coaching contracts. They may be responsible for ensuring compliance, monitoring and supporting program implementation and adoption, ensuring milestones are met, and documenting any processes or process changes associated with the program.
