Overview
Professionals who work as people leaders in training delivery/facilitation are managing those who facilitate TD initiatives in an organization. These individuals could oversee the entire TD function, or they could be second-level leaders in the function. In smaller organizations, they may also wear instructional design and facilitator hats. They can have budget and strategy responsibilities as well. These individuals may need to partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to create needs assessments and learning content.
